Our Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SOMA experience. If you have changed your mind about a purchase, exchanges may be accepted for online orders only, subject to the following conditions:

 

• Exchanges must be requested within 3 days from the date of delivery or store collection.

• The item must be in its original purchase condition—packaging unopened, unused, unmarked, and not defaced in any way.

• Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item bundle must be returned in full.

• This policy does not apply to items that are marked as non-exchangeable.

• Shipping fees for returning the product will be borne by the customer.

• Exchanges can be made for:

• Lower value item – No refund of the price difference.

• Higher value item – A top-up of the price difference will be required.

 

How to Exchange

To arrange an exchange for an online order, please contact our customer service team with your order details.

Please note:

• All exchanges are final—exchanged items cannot be returned or exchanged again.

• Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
