Foreign Currencies

If the credit or debit card you used for payment is not denominated in Singapore Dollars (SGD), the final price charged to your card may vary, depending on the exchange rate applied by your card issuer or issuing bank. For the avoidance of doubt, we shall under no circumstances be responsible for any foreign transaction fees charged by your issuing bank if you are using an international credit/debit card.

For your security and to avoid any fraudulent transactions, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Taxes and Duties

For exports to countries outside Singapore, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes by your government. You will be notified by the courier that delivers your goods if this is the case.

All duties, taxes and service charges are the responsibility of you the purchaser/importer.

Any consignments refused by you the importer will incur an actual cost of the shipment and it's return costs will be deducted from any refund.
